With the Green Mountains as our perennial backdrop, we at Zero Gravity have been bringing beautiful, balanced beer to Vermont and beyond since 2004. Never beholden to any particular style or trend, we’ve instead stayed true to the virtues of quality, approachability, and open-mindedness. With the traditions behind the world’s great breweries always in our minds, we source the finest hops and malts we can find, apply meticulous attention to detail at every step of production, mature all of our beers to their fullest potential, and strive for balance as the backbone of everything we build. 

After a decade of brewing solely in Burlington Vermont’s American Flatbread restaurant, we expanded to our Pine St. Brewery & Tasting Room in the spring of 2015, where we continue to take our product far more seriously than we take ourselves. Inviting, inclusive spaces like these are where we feel most at home, and we hope that every beer we release feels just as good—no matter where you find it.
