When Familia Schroeder winery was being built, workers uncovered the bones of a large herbivore dinosaur. The singularity of the find, inspired the name SAURUS. 

Saurus creates attractive fruit-driven single varietal wines that purely reflect the terroir of Patagonia. Drinkable, fresh and fruity. A short passage in oak adds volume and structure to the palate.
