Heavyweight originated when our winemaker found an unusually robust barrel of Cabernet that also had soft tannins, meaning that it was smooth and easy to enjoy this flavor profile became the guideline for each release, full-bodied, richly flavored, well-balanced wines, with a smooth, clean finish.
