About DANIEL DUGOIS
It all started in 1973 when Daniel bought 2 hectares of vines, as well as a house with a vaulted cellar in the village of Arsures where he was born. Coming from a family of farmers, he is passionate about the vine. Self-taught, he began by selling his crops to the great estates of the Jura. In 1982, he set out on his own and vinified his first harvest.
From then on, Daniel and his wife Monique continued to work on the quality of their products intended mainly for individuals. This seriousness has been rewarded many times in competitions and in various guides.
In 2006, their son Philippe returned from his end-of-study internships and took over the vinification of the harvests, with the same passion and the same precision as his father. In 2013, he fully took over the management of the estate where he was joined in 2014 by his wife Mélanie, leaving Daniel and Monique time to enjoy their retirement. 2014 also marks the beginning of the High Environmental Value adventure which will be continued in 2019 with the first harvest "in conversion to organic". The year 2022 will bring its grapes under the acronym of 100% organic!
