The Chain Administrative Clerk performs a variety of clerical and data entry tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the chain team.

• Schedule deliveries for two Distribution Centers

• Communicate with Purchasing Team regarding late or missed deliveries

• Schedule product pickup from local breweries and wineries

• Reconcile Transfer Orders in ERP system through communication with Warehouse Shift Managers

• Schedule cooperage pickup for two Distribution Centers

• Collect all Bills of Lading (BOL) and Purchase Orders (PO) daily

• Send BOL and PO to Purchasing and Brand Management Teams for processing

• Communicate PO discrepancies at the point of delivery

• Verify PO status

• Update ERP system with “scheduled date” and “dock time calendar” when scheduling deliveries

• Assist Warehouse staff with “Today Orders” when located in home Distribution Center

• Perform other duties as needed or assigned

• Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to multi-task with minimal errors

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and within necessary time constraints

• Must be a team player and work well under minimal supervision

• Knowledge of safe work practices

• Ability to lift up to 175lbs

PREFERRED

• Previous food service, warehouse or distribution experience

• Previous supervisory or management experience
